Complaint to BC Law Society regarding the conduct of a lawyer who refused to mediate prior to bringing a matter to court and brought the administration into disrepute by bringing an action knowing that the court was conducting itself unconstitutionally. BC Law Society has for the second time refused to comply with their statutory duty to provide written reasons.

On August 30, 2024 I wrote to all of the Members of the Legislative Assembly expressing my concern regarding the administration of justice in the province in particular the Attorney General’s office claiming that neither their office nor the legislature have any role in the judging of judicial conduct, a claim to be above the law.

BC Law Society sues Province as the Department of the Attorney General attempts to take over the administration of the Law Society which compromises the independence of lawyers from government and by consequence compromises the independence of judges.
